Dear Colleagues,

The IABL Dubai Declaration: Blended Learning 2025 has been published by the International Association for Blended Learning with the collaboration of experts from North America, Europe, the Middle East, and South East Asia. IABL together with global experts representing academia, governmental offices, industry, and NGOs from four continents organized the First IABL Blended Learning Policy Forum, hosted by IABL and Zayed University, on 26 April 2019 at Dubai, United Arab Emirates, outlining a new vision for blended learning for the next five years published in the declaration. The paper is one of the first declarations of blended learning by an international organization. Access the policy paper here.
